About Rebecca
Just a kid from West Akron, Rebecca aka “Rebby” Koester has always thrived on competition! Whether it’s sports or roofing and siding, Rebby has always found her name at the top of the scoreboard. This, coupled with her immense desire to help others, has made her a household name in the construction industry, whether that is here in Ohio or in Nashville, TN. Her optimism, humility, and industry knowledge are unmatched-so much that her entire business model is providing each and every customer with a knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable contractor you can work with AND trust! Rebby goes above and beyond to help customers achieve their home project needs. Much of this involves navigating the (often times) frustrating insurance process. Rebby handles this process with ease and gets the results that customers want the FIRST time. From the very first inspection to picking shingle and/or siding colors to the final production step, Rebby will be your go-to on everything! Not only that, but she really knows how to make the experience educational and lots of fun!
Rebby holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron in Exercise Science. In her spare time, she enjoys adventuring with her 4 adorable dog babies. She also deeply values spending time with her loved ones!
About Kellie
If there is one thing that Kellie knows, it is overcoming adversity. Being a fighter all her life, she has used this unique advantage to help fight for each and every customer to get what their home needs and deserves through the insurance restoration process. When a customer hears the word “no” from their insurance company, Kellie steps in to strategize behind the scenes, using her industry knowledge and Ohio law, to turn their claim around to a YES from the insurance company. One of the ways she does this is by using her strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships within the industry that strongly benefit each customer. Kellie also possesses strong analytical and organizational skills that ensure each and every claim is handled with care from the permit phase to the final warranty step within the office. In addition, her keen eye for detail has been very beneficial to homeowners looking for help with color and design schemes!
Kellie holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University in Criminology and Sociology. In her spare time, she enjoys being a fully hands-on mom to her 4 growing babies, being active, adventuring, and spending as much time as she can with her family and friends!
